Sulmona Neighborhood
This 4.72 acre 323,450sf neighborhood combines an office building with mixed use commercial and residential uses. Integration with the adjacent canal and lake were an integral component to the design. Waterside walks and plazas create pleasant areas for pedestrians to enjoy and view the water activities. This high density development is located in a newly designated transit oriented neighborhood, directly adjacent to the recently constructed bus way connecting the city with the adjacent suburbs. Although this project has conformed to all the regulations, final approval has been delayed due to the discovery of underground well fields in adjacent parcels. DERM is in process of completing the approval of this project so that construction documents can be completed. |
