The firm of Fleites deLeon-Fleites was created to substantially affect the urban and suburban landscape in a positive, socially-conscience way. Ms. Maria deLeon-Fleites, RA has amassed over twenty-three years of experience in architectural design, building construction and town planning throughout Florida, the United States and abroad. Projects include several urban, suburban and town planning designs as well as civic, religious, commercial and residential buildings.
Affiliated with the University of Miami School of Architecture as alumnae, administration and faculty, Ms. DeLeon-Fleites utilizes the intent of the Traditional Neighborhood Design Ordinance to design and build architectural and planning projects.
